CEN has been lobbying the Halifax (now part of the Lloyds Banking Group)  about the proposed closures of the Halifax agencies in Thatto Heath Fingerpost, Billinge and Rainford.

Each of the Halifax agencies in these locations are due to close in the Autumn during late October early November. This will leave some areas of St Helens with no banking faciilities.
